Disco Camera プライバシーポリシー

1. 適用範囲
本ポリシーは、加納駿 / Shun Kano（以下「開発者」）が提供する iPhone アプリ「Disco Camera」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本ページを掲載するウェブサイトの取扱いは、第8項で説明します。
2. 本アプリが収集しない情報
開発者は、本アプリまたはその利用者に関するデータを収集しません。本アプリはアカウントを使用せず、分析 SDK、広告、バックエンドを含みません。本アプリからネットワーク通信を開始する機能もありません。
3. 端末内の処理と保存
- カメラ映像とマイク音声の処理、録画、レビューは端末内で行います。
- ウェルカム画面を完了したことを示す設定を UserDefaults に保存します。この設定は端末内に留まります。
- 録画ファイルは、レビュー、写真への保存、共有のため端末内に一時的に存在します。本アプリは一時動画ファイルを削除します。
- 写真に保存したコピーは、本アプリの一時ファイルとは別に残り、利用者が管理します。
4. 権限
- カメラへのアクセスは映像の撮影に使います。
- マイクへのアクセスは動画と一緒に音声を収録するために使います。
- 写真へのアクセスは追加のみです。本アプリは、利用者が保存を選んだときに許可を求め、写真ライブラリ内の既存項目を読み取りません。
利用者は iOS の「設定」でこれらの権限を取り消せます。権限を取り消すと、対応する撮影または保存機能を使えない場合があります。
5. 保存、共有、削除
利用者が共有を選ぶと、本アプリは iOS の共有シートを表示します。送信先と操作は利用者が選びます。送信後の情報の取扱いには、選択したサービス提供者の規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
写真に保存した動画は、利用者が写真アプリから削除できます。開発者は本アプリのデータを保有していないため、開発者側で削除できる利用者データはありません。
6. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは利用者データを収集しません。未成年者は、必要に応じて保護者または法定代理人の同意を得て利用してください。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
開発者は、本アプリの機能または法令の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。改定時は本ページの施行日を更新します。
8. このウェブサイト
本ページを掲載するウェブサイトは Vercel のホスティングと Vercel Analytics を使用しています。このウェブサイトを訪れると、Vercel が通常のウェブリクエスト情報や利用情報を処理する場合があります。この処理はウェブサイトに限られ、Disco Camera iOS アプリには適用されません。詳細はVercel のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

Disco Camera Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 6, 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to Disco Camera for iPhone (the “App”), provided by 加納駿 / Shun Kano (the “Developer”). Section 8 explains the separate data practices of the website that hosts this page.
2. Information the App does not collect
The Developer does not collect data about the App or its users. The App has no accounts, analytics SDKs, advertising, or backend. It does not initiate network communications.
3. On-device processing and storage
- The App processes camera video and microphone audio, records video, and provides review on your device.
- The App stores the welcome-complete preference in UserDefaults on your device.
- Recordings exist temporarily on your device for review, saving to Photos, and sharing. The App cleans up temporary video files.
- Copies saved to Photos remain separate from the App’s temporary files and stay under your control.
4. Permissions
- Camera access supports video capture.
- Microphone access records audio with your video.
- Photos access is add-only. The App asks for it when you choose to save and does not read your photo library.
You can revoke these permissions in iOS Settings. Revoking a permission may prevent the related capture or save function from working.
5. Saving, sharing, and deletion
If you choose to share, the App opens the iOS share sheet. You select the destination and action. The selected provider’s terms and privacy policy govern its handling of the video after you send it.
You can delete saved videos in Photos. The Developer holds no App data and therefore has no user data to delete on your behalf.
6. Children’s privacy
The App does not collect user data. Minors should obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian where required.
7. Changes to this policy
The Developer may update this policy when the App or applicable law changes. The effective date on this page will identify an update.
8. This website
The website hosting this page uses Vercel hosting and Vercel Analytics. When you visit the website, Vercel may process ordinary web request and usage information. This website processing is separate from the Disco Camera iOS App. See the Vercel Privacy Policy.
